- AEAaron EisenbarthJun 12, 20202.0Phone rep and the service tech, Pierre, were nice, but they charged me $225 dollars to install an $8 part that you just simply plug in on top of the $99 service call. I understand paying for labor, the cost of the part, and testing, but this was ridiculous. They have not responded to my email asking about why such a huge upcharge. I would avoid this company as there are better ones out there not as likely to overcharge you.

Since day 1 I was very disappointed paid more then 15k and until this day the unit is not working properly. Not even on the winter, less then a week ago I called they came and checked it out and said it was working fine, charge me 300 just to check it. Very expensive and not trustworthy at all.
