It is also rare to have the front line people care enough to respond quickly and follow through like we experienced on several occasions over the years. Crystal, you deserve praise and a RAISE and if you ever need a job and the timing is right, you are HIRED. The company overall is excellent in my opinion with pricing and their very rapid response. We have been in business 45 years and have used many HVAC companies. We discovered Cropp-Metcalfe via word of mouth. Shout out to Matt Kirkland in Sales.
