As a result, she approved a design that included three inch fillers on both the top and bottom of a section of the cabinets. As I was out of town during the installation, I did not learn of the unacceptable asymmetrical design flaw for several weeks. This resulted in intangible costs and delays as well as my having to spend nearly $1,000 for new cabinets to fix the horrendous installation. Bernadette may be a friendly sales-person, but it was a gross mistake that a professional would not have allowed. I was equally unimpressed by her lack of effort to make things right. I will never recommend Cabinets to Go.
