I hired this company to unclog my shower drain, and the technician ended up breaking my pipe during the process. We didn’t discover it immediately because the pipe is outside, but found significant water leaking caused by the damage.
They did come back and repair the pipe, but they initially tried to charge me $200 for the very pipe they broke. They have also refused to take responsibility for the water damage their technician caused. I’ve tried repeatedly for over a week to speak with a supervisor or manager and have gotten nowhere.
Overpriced, poor workmanship, and no accountability. Homeowners should be cautious.
Dan is a true professional and solved a very complex and frankly scary issue with my ancient plumbing. It’s rare to find people who are as honest and as diligent as Dan, so you can bet I will be asking Dan to take care of all my plumbing issues and bathroom upgrades coming up in the future. I feel very lucky to have found him and his company, Brian B. Quick, and will be referring him personally to all my friends - thank you for all your excellent service!!

I hired Brian B Quick Plumbing for installation of a whole-house filtration system and reverse osmosis system in my home between January 28–31, 2026. The assigned plumber, Dion Williams, did not complete the installation properly.
After installation, I experienced an active leak under my kitchen sink, low water pressure throughout the home, and discovered that the whole-house filtration system was mounted into drywall rather than properly anchored into studs. There was also wall damage from excessive holes.
I contacted the company multiple times by phone and text. I spoke with office staff including Devona Mahler and Lindsey Fulton and requested management follow-up. Cher Sade, the General Manager, stated she would review the matter and respond by end of business, but I did not receive further communication.
Due to the lack of response and ongoing leak, I was forced to hire another licensed plumber to correct the installation and prevent further damage.
I am disappointed in the lack of accountability and follow-up. I would highly recommend choosing a different plumber for your needs.

UPDATE: This was one of the most disappointing experience I had with a business. Today my friend’s husband came to take a look at my garbage disposal. He found a bone was stuck, remove it and now my garbage disposal is working. The technician Pierre from Brian B. Quick did none of that and only tried to make a sale. It is so unfortunate that these type of experiences occur with businesses trying to take advantage of people.
*****************************
I wish I could give zero stars. I just had the most uncomfortable experience with Pierre, technician sent out to give me an estimate. First technicians should bring shoe booties to cover their shoes. Pierre came in trying to sell me a garbage disposal without determining whether or not if a new one was required. He spent more time talking about the type of garbage disposal I currently have, how long the warranty would have been. I finally had to ask if he was going to check to see what was wrong with my garbage disposal. He asked location of my breaker box, I stated in the garage. I went downstairs to reset the garbage disposal on the breaker box. I came back upstairs, he said there is power but the motor is gone. I ask cost of replacement and all he shows me at first is the cost $807. I ask him to show me the complete estimate and he seemed taken aback that I wanted to see line items of the estimate. He showed me a full page of work required to replace the garbage disposal, but no cost of the actual garbage disposal. He stated they just give a flat rate because they go to the supplier and their garbage disposals are better than Home Depot’s. I told him I know people who have purchased garbage disposals from Home Depot and they work this fine. I told him he made an inappropriate statement talking about product from another company. He became offended. He kept trying to explain himself and I had to kind of indirectly to leave my home. I had to ask him to give me a copy of the estimate. Pierre needs to work on his professionalism and conduct himself in such a manner throughout the time he is providing a service. I am highly disappointed. I immediately called the company and ask to speak with the owner. The representative took my information stating she was going to reach out to Mr. Brian Quick.
I called several supposed 24/7 plumbers that weren't willing to respond to my backed up sanitary pipes. Brian B. Quick was the only plumber that said they could send someone out. They put me in touch with Gavin right away, and he gave me a quote based on my description of the issue. It was pricey, but it's a late Sunday afternoon, and I don't know anything about plumbing, so I told them to please come out. I should say that "pricey" doesn't mean unreasonable, I just had no point of reference having never used a plumber in the past. Gavin walked through the door with a smile and was like an old friend coming to say hello. Frankly, I have never seen someone so passionate about their job, especially on a cold Sunday night. Gavin quickly determined that the problem was not as serious as we had originally thought. He had me flush an upstairs toilet while he was plunging in our shower with all the energy he could muster. The clog let loose and it sounded like the house was blowing up! It was one heck of a clog. The price ended up being nowhere near the original quote, and it was more than reasonable given the call on a Sunday around 4pm in the frigid cold. I would call Brian B. Quick in a heartbeat for any other plumbing needs, and I will definitely request Gavin. They should use Gavin as a model for customer service. He's a great plumber, we had a great conversation and he answered all my wife's questions about preventative maintenance. This is a long review, but I believe in this day and age when customer service is so poor in many places, I should take the time to acknowledge a company that did what about 5 other plumbers refused to do, and they did it with a smile and a few laughs!
