  Brian B. Quick was very professional and made it out to the house on the same day I called them and in the time they said they would be there. Mike G. was very prompt in diagnosing the issue with my shower. He laid out the what the problem could be in order of likelihood and cost. He believed it was the less expensive and quicker problem. He went and got the parts and came back a half hour later. The whole thing was fixed 25 minutes after he returned. Very nice and courteous young guy.

  I called this company based on their good reviews to solve a couple issues in my home. They were very quick to charge me and didn’t even bother to call me to let me know if the issues were resolved. I had assumed that they were resolved since they fully charged me for the work, but none of the original issues were resolved, and they are unreachable. I’ve been waiting to hear back since Friday of last week and whenever I call, they said that they would mark it as urgent and have somebody call me back however it looks like I’m just gonna have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

  First let me say that I am very skeptical of cold calling from a google search and didn't think that I would get a plumber to come out the day after Christmas. However, I couldn't be more impressed with the service from Brian B. Quick Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment within a few hours of my call. Jimmy Stewart, the plumbing technician arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the serious plumbing leak issues, provided a fair estimate and started the work within hours. He was incredibly professional, patient and efficient even with the confined spaces that he had to work with to access the pipes. If you need plumbing services, I would most definitely recommend Brian B. Quick Plumbing for your plumbing needs

  I ordered a new washer and dryer but couldn’t have them installed because the existing shut-off valves were corroded. Pierre came out to assess the situation and provided several options with clear pricing. He arrived on time, was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail—what he was doing, the updated plumbing codes, why larger commercial companies often charge much more, and why emergency services are usually scheduled on weekends. By the time he left, I felt completely confident in the work and the service provided. Pierre installed new shut-off valves so the water to the entire home no longer needs to be turned off, and he properly secured the drainage pipe to the wall, including fixing issues hidden behind the drywall that hadn’t been secured by the previous homeowner. He was also able to install both my washer and dryer, and they are running perfectly. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly. Sorry it took me so long to write this review—but the service was absolutely worth it.
