- ASAlysia S.Nov 16, 20255.0Pierre was amazing! We had a plumbing emergency mid Sunday afternoon and I didn’t think anyone was going to be able to come out, but they did. And they did it in a hurry. Pierre arrived within an hour of me calling to see if someone could stop by and he was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything. He walked us through step by step on what he was going to do and gave us constant updates on what was going on. This is the most at ease that I have been when someone has came to our house and worked on anything. They closed at 5, and Pierre stayed until the job was completely done and he kept the same positive attitude the entire time. I highly recommend this company, but I completely recommend Pierre to anyone who is looking for a plumber who knows what they are doing!

Quick Plumbing at 7:30 am on a Thursday and spoke to a friendly and helpful receptionist who assured us that a gas plumber would arrive at our house later that morning. We had no gas, which meant we had no heat nor hot water. The day before, BG&E had discovered a leaking gaspipe in the house that required a gas plumber to fix. So when Christine the plumber arrived on time with a positive, professional attitude, we were most appreciative. Christine went out of her way to try to contact the BG&E serviceperson to learn more details about the leak he had found. Although she could not reach him, she quickly ascertained the problem on her own and within a few hours she had replaced the necessary parts. She also tested all our gas pipes to confirm they were functioning properly. By the early afternoon, we had heat, hot water, and knew that our house was safe. Christine was knowledgeable, and had an upbeat and confident demeanor. When we next need a plumber, we will certainly call Brian B. Quick and ask for Christine.
