  I made the mistake of not turning off the water and draining the line before winter. This very costly mistake lead me back to Brian B Quick. Jimmy Stewart arrived and quickly diagnosed my problem. His professional and courteous demeanor let me know I was once again in good hands for choosing Brian B Quick. Don’t do what I did this winter. Once the temperature drops to 40 degrees, turn off the water to all outdoor lines, disconnect hoses, and drain the lines. If you don’t, call Brian B Quick!!

  We hired Brian Plumber LLC for a main waterline replacement and had a great experience overall. Out of five contractors we spoke with, Brian was the only one who provided an exact quote upfront without exploratory digging, which gave us confidence from the start. The crew did an excellent job. The pipe installation wasn’t easy, but they put in extra time and effort to complete it with minimal digging and damage. They also went the extra mile by planting grass seed, adjusting the water pressure to our needs, and leaving everything clean. Communication was smooth throughout—both the office team and Brian were responsive and helpful, even on weekends. The only minor downside was that the project manager didn’t stop by during the work, but support was always available when needed. Overall, we’re VERY satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

  When a leak started coming through my kitchen ceiling, I needed help fast, and Brian B Quick delivered. They were responsive from the first call and got a plumber out to me the same day, which made all the difference. Our plumber, James, was fantastic. He took the time to walk me through his entire process as he worked to pinpoint the source of the leak, which I really appreciated. It's rare to find someone who's not only skilled but also takes the time to keep you informed every step of the way. The professionalism and care shown by the whole team gave me real peace of mind during a stressful situation. Brian B Quick will absolutely be my first call if any future plumbing issues come up. Highly recommend!

  Andre was absolutely fantastic! He came out to fix my garbage disposal and made the whole process quick, smooth, and stress-free. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue in a way that actually made sense, walked me through what needed to be done, and got right to work. Not only did he fix the disposal efficiently, but he also made sure everything was running perfectly before he left—no shortcuts. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how respectful he was of my home. Clean, courteous, and reliable—everything you want in a plumber. If you’re looking for someone who gets the job done right the first time, Andre is your guy. Highly recommend!

  So I was having issues with clogged and overflowing toilets this morning . I saw that the plumber, Brian B Quick had excellent reviews so I gave them a call. Even though I didn’t say it was an emergency they sent Dion out at 2 pm this afternoon. Dion is an awesome plumber; he had to use the plumbing “snake” and worked it through 60 feet of underground pipe that contained tree roots and lots of other, assorted clogging material. Most impressively he tested all the toilets, bathtubs and sinks multiple times to make sure they were all working properly. It is now 10 pm and Dion is still here cleaning up! When was the last time you had any repairman spend 8 straight hours at your house fixing anything! And the bill was very reasonable for such a tough and time consuming job. I highly recommend Brian B Quick for all your plumbing needs. The service is phenomenal and all the staff and plumbers are knowledgeable and friendly. And, of course, a big shout out for Dion. He has an awesome work ethic and is extremely competent and I will definitely invite him back for any future plumbing projects. UPDATE: when Dion finished my repair he told me he was sending Brian, the owner, out with a camera to make sure everything was clear. He said Brian would be calling me. Well, Brian has not called and has not come out with his camera. Worse, I started having the exact same problem this past weekend. I called and was told that someone would be out on Sunday between 8 and 11. I waited around and nobody came. This morning I was told that Brian will be out with his camera this Wednesday between 8 and 11. I feel confident that Brian will finally get to the bottom of this problem and solve it for good. I PAID OVER $1,000 FOR THE ORIGINAL SERVICE FOR THIS SAME PROBLEM SO I DON’T EXPECT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THIS CALLBACK. I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW AFTER BRIAN COMES OUT IN 2 DAYS. AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE REVIEW OF ANY COMPANY REVOLVES AROUND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FOR A JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. COMPANIES WHO GET 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE COMPANIES WHO ARE INSISTENT ON TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION EVEN IF THAT MEANS THE COMPANY WILL MAKE AS MANY FREE OF CHARGE ADDITIONAL VISITS AS NECESSARY TO SOLVE THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM.
