A family member recommended we try WWoH. We looked at reviews online and invited them to give us an estimate. We noticed something different in the presentation. No bells and whistles. No salesman techniques. They laid out everything and what each part cost; product (Series 4000 Replacement White Double Hung), variations, labor, discounts, etc. Maybe a little bit about the company, and why they thought it was so great. But then they wrapped it up and left. No pressure. No trying to seal the deal. It was like they knew we had already done our research, and they were going to let their product and reviews speak for themselves. We knew exactly what we were getting for the price. We put in a few more days of research and discussions, and a few days later called WWoH back and decided to go WWoH. And did they deliver! What beautiful windows! Great contractors. The owners and company administrative staff even followed up several times through the process to make sure we were happy with the way things were moving and the attention we were getting from their staff. I must give a shout out to Jeffrey (sales), John & Jeanie (owners), Piotr & Antonio (contractors), Linda (admin.), and several more for their excellent care and guidance through the process.
