I heard nothing at all from the company and I called the week before Christmas. I was told the door was due to be delivered to the company that week. Then I heard nothing again, and I called again today, 01-09-2026. Today I was told that the storm door just came in yesterday, and they only have one installer who does this work. Take my advice. Go to Home Depot and buy a door and have a handyman install it for you. Do not waste your time with this company.
