He told me he hires employees to deal with complaints and he stays out of it, never followed up to see if my problem was resolved, fun fact it's not. Showed up to install two windows, one didn't fit so they just left. Why not install the one window that was correct? Because they don't do that, even though it was paid for. They did come back and install the correct one but keep telling me their manufacturer can't replicate the other because it's a special order. They are trying very hard to install a widow that will not fit or work with my association guidelines. A promised 24-48 hour call back has now turned in to over 2 weeks and when i call, they still have no information. Keep blaming it on their manufacturer. Very BAD BAD customer service. ZERO follow-up. If you do use them, best hope there are no issues, they do not put customers first.
