Absolutely worse HVAC customer service from the technician to trying to get our money back. 1. They sent a plumber for an HVAC appointment which results in waiting for the HVAC tech.
2. HVAC tech tried to sell us an auxiliary heat pump for our system. We DO NOT have a heat pump system. So did he look at the system? Do anything?
3. Called to get a refund for the maintenance visit after getting calls trying to get us to buy the system. Tiffany refused to listen to the situation, asked why we didn’t correct the tech (we did tell him when presented with the estimate for something we can’t use at the end of the appointment) . Why would she turned bad service on the customer. She kept interrupting not allowing me to explain and the. Accused me of yelling when I’m simply frustrated after trying to explain the situation multiple times. Told me I wasn’t an adult. Ugh. All of this for $69 refund.
I would never use them again. Which is too bad bc we’ve had good experiences with their electricians.

Thank you, Michael & Son, for sending Konstantinos Kafantaris to service our tankless water heater. After troubleshooting the issue and determining why we had no hot water, he contacted one of his team experts for additional support. While working to rebuild the unit, they discovered other damaged, leaking pipes.
They explained that years of hard-water calcium buildup had caused pinhole cracks in the unit and surrounding pipes. They also educated us on the importance of flushing the system annually. Ultimately, they recommended replacing the unit, and they installed a new one in a single day—our hot water is back on.
I did not give them 5-stars because the troubleshooting process cost us ~ $1000, before the conclusion was made to purchase a new unit.
Thank you, Michael & Son, for your professionalism, for taking the time to educate us on proper maintenance, and for the care you showed throughout the process. We truly appreciate you.
I was very pleased with the service that I received today from Michael & Sons Services. The technician, John C, was early, polite, very professional, very neat, made an assessment, answered all of my questions, installed the Badger 500 garbage disposal that I purchased in a timely manner, demonstrated how I should run the garbage disposal for good maintenance and reminded me to register it for the manufacturers warranty. He wore his shoe covers and disposed of the old unit. He took time to assess another plumbing issue in my tub/shower that I asked him about and emailed me a quote for repair. He explained the benefits of the membership plan, gave me a brochure to consider, and answered my questions. I purchased a plan.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Graham! He took the time to clearly explain the entire restoration process and made sure I understood every step along the way. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through submitting a claim with my insurance, connecting me with the right technicians, and even streamlining communication between the company and my adjuster.
Graham is truly wonderful to work with—professional, supportive, and very comforting during what could have been a stressful situation. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend him!

Strongly recommend you avoid this company. We have seen them twice for the same problem and now need them a third time because the problem still isn't fixed. In the course of these visits, we paid extra for contracts that claimed we'd be a priority when we had a problem, then for two devices to extend the lives of our HVAC systems. On the second visit, the technician, on the heels of our paying around $400 for life-extending devices less than two weeks ago, insisted on trying to sell us a new heat pump. Their windows for visits are six hours long, with no interim report on where the technician is. I waited 4 1/2 hours yesterday and still do not have a working a/c system. Now when we report that the problem is not only not solved, but has worsened--our upstairs bedroom is reading 85 degrees when the air conditioning is supposed to be cooling--our only option is that we we wait another six hours tomorrow. That's the nature of a priority, apparently. They are not responsive and so far, not able to successfully do the work they were hired to do. This is honestly a rather shocking degree of unresponsiveness and, frankly, what appears to be incompetence.
