They told us that in snaking the drain, they’d discovered our external line was damaged and would need to be entirely replaced. They said that they would need to jackhammer our basement floor, and that the full process would cost $24k (but don’t worry, they would take off the $600 from clearing the clog!) Despite the high-pressure sales pitch we decided to get a second quote. The second company came out and twice inspected the line with their camera. Not only did they say there were no leaks found, but that the cost of the fix would only be $9k if it were. Fine for snaking a drain when you need same day service but absolutely never trust this company for anything beyond that. Really unconscionable.
