- THTyler HallOct 6, 20251.0Their name is ironic. You dont get to call your company "reliable on site services" and then proceed to be the least reliable service i have ever dealt with. We supplied a schedule of Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm. These are the available hours for an employee to let you in the gate for service. Most weeks they either do not send someone for service, or if they do, they show up after business hours. Last week a driver called me after 3:30pm. I asked them to reschedule for someone to come out the next day. No one showed up. And its now 4 days later. The units are beyond disgusting. Do no reccomend
