I paid the $89 diagnostic fee expecting an estimate/repair quote. I was clear during scheduling and again in person that I needed an estimate for a compressor and heat kit/heat pack issue. A “senior tech” was sent out and immediately shifted the conversation to full replacement, then stated that if the system is out of warranty, they don’t “touch” the compressor and would only recommend replacement. That policy was not disclosed upfront before collecting the diagnostic fee. What makes this worse is the follow-up (or lack of it). I asked during the visit about my second system and wanted a quote for that unit as well. I also followed up by email and I’ve received no response at all. At this point, I’ve paid a fee and I’m left with unclear answers and zero follow-up. If the company doesn’t repair compressors out of warranty, customers should be told before they pay a diagnostic fee. And if a customer requests a quote for a second system, they shouldn’t be ignored. This felt like a sales funnel, not a service call.

The service that I received was very poor. I was very unsatisfied and I will put this on social media. The gentleman came in. He put a hole in my wall to get to a pipe that we did not call for the situation was that it was a hissing in my toilet bowl so I don’t understand what it was for him to put a hole in my wall when I got home from work, it was sheet rock dust all over my floor and in my clothes which I had to come home and clean up he didn’t put no towel down no carpet no nothing I was very unsatisfied and then he charged My Son almost 300 dollars. The whole in my wall looks terrible and all he had to do was fix the hissing in the toilet bowl social media will hear about your company. I was very dissatisfied. Have a good day.

I had a pipe burst behind my kitchen counter. I called Michael and sons to come out and fix it, they sent Mr Konstantinos Kafantaris to my residence. Mr Konstantinos was great. He explained the issue and how he would solve it, and got to it. He allows me to take pics of the busted pipe and the work he had done, answered all the questions I had and was very sociable, friendly and respectful. He was awesome, he also made as minimal damage to my property as he could and I appreciated that. He also recommended their restoration team to do the mitigation and clean up and was very satisfied in that as well. Im glad my situation this winter wasn’t worst but had it been I feel confident I would have went with Michael and sons to get the job done!!

I haven’t had such a negative experience with a company like this before. They showed up and did work on the electrical box without informing me what they were doing, I called just to have them come take a look at the issue. I did not agree beforehand for any work to be done, I just wanted an estimate which was supposed to be $70. While he was rearranging wires a vent in my house caught on fire and partially melted and sparks flew all over the basement. He taped the vent back together, offered no compensation for the damage, and insisted I owed $350 for the work done when I hadn’t even asked for him to do the work in the first place. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

It started with my house going cold. the furnace in the basement was chugging away, but the heat wasn't reaching the the 1st or 2nd floor. The bitter cold from outside took over the house. I called Petro, the oil company we'd contracted. I'm still waiting for the callback. I set up space heaters & oil filled radiator. The electrical system started failing:The downstairs bathro.. om, part of the kitchen, the den My husband called from the medical facility he was in to ask if I'd been keeping the water trickling from the upstairs & l assured him l had, but went upstairs anyway. Sink! faucet flowing,. toilet flushing Bathtub water gushing. And when l tried to turn it off, there was still a small but steady stream. & the water was dripping downstairs into the living room. This water issue had happened some years ago when l was several st states away. He called a company, people came in & fixed it.That was a couple of cell phone companies ago & was no longer in his phone. I called some friends/neighbors asking if the had plumbers they could recommend & called Michael & Son. Considering the Arctic conditions, Mr Wall was sent out in very reasonable time & managed to jury-rig some stopgap measures. He'll be back tomorrow to finish the job. Kind, considerate & extremely helpful. But PLEASE issue him a tablet whose AI isn't a sadistic monster. it detests my handwriting & frankly, it wasn't much more forgiving of my printing, either.
