  Nick and his crew were great to work with. Nick was good at explaining possible options so we could get exactly what we wanted. His crew was pleasant to be around and they did a fantastic job on our new fence and deck. Wonderful job. I will definitely use them on future remodeling jobs and highly recommend them.

  Decent work but dreadful customer service. Especially after, getting them to do any fixes has been impossible. 1) Getting them out to do the job was a pain. They told me they would be out one day but then didn't show up and didn't answer the phone. I had to call several different numbers before I got an answer that there was an issue due to weather except one of their staff told me they work in all weather. 2) They are not proactive with updates or check ins. I was explicit about wanting proactive updates but I was the one who had to keep reaching out. They also did not check in about specific contract items I wanted and at some points decided to not do what was in the contract (the deck was lower than I stated). I had to have them redo work. 3) I also sent them 3d renderings of what I wanted the build to look like and while I don't expect a perfect match, they again did not check in to see what was okay and what was not. I wanted a gate that swung both ways and for some reason this was impossible. I also wanted a gutter cut out, which they did as a circle, when I clearly wanted rectangular. 4) Post payment has been even worse. I have been trying to get them to fill in cement they tore up and replace an outlet cover they lost for almost 2 months and they just keep delaying and delaying. DO NOT PAY UNTIL EVERYTHING IS FIXED

  Neil and his team at Exterior Experts did phenomenal work repairing my deck after recent storms. Super professional and efficient. Neil was incredibly responsive to my needs and questions. As you can see from the before pic it was a bit of a hazardous clean up and Neil got me on the schedule timely so I wouldn't have to worry about the danger to my neighbors or me. They talked me through different designs and materials so I could make the best choice. I could not be any happier with the look and quality of the end result. I highly recommend if toy are in need of deck work (especially like this second story deck) that you call Exterior Experts.

  I’m sitting outside on my new deck and I am soooo happy. Exterior experts really delivered. They gave me exactly what they promised me plus some. The crew was hard working and had great attitudes. My deck project was huge and complicated due to the proximity to both a fence and our swimming pool. Not a problem for them. They were extremely accommodating. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Top knotch.

  I purchased my house 4 years ago that had so many issues. The main one was my deck which was so dangerous. I contacted Exterior Experts Inc. and they created a deck for me in seven days. It's was a perfect creation. I've had so many neighbors complimenting the work of the two men and my deck. The two individuals that did the work was so outstanding. The price was also reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new deck.
