  Nick and his crew were great to work with. Nick was good at explaining possible options so we could get exactly what we wanted. His crew was pleasant to be around and they did a fantastic job on our new fence and deck. Wonderful job. I will definitely use them on future remodeling jobs and highly recommend them.

  Decent work but dreadful customer service. Especially after, getting them to do any fixes has been impossible. 1) Getting them out to do the job was a pain. They told me they would be out one day but then didn't show up and didn't answer the phone. I had to call several different numbers before I got an answer that there was an issue due to weather except one of their staff told me they work in all weather. 2) They are not proactive with updates or check ins. I was explicit about wanting proactive updates but I was the one who had to keep reaching out. They also did not check in about specific contract items I wanted and at some points decided to not do what was in the contract (the deck was lower than I stated). I had to have them redo work. 3) I also sent them 3d renderings of what I wanted the build to look like and while I don't expect a perfect match, they again did not check in to see what was okay and what was not. I wanted a gate that swung both ways and for some reason this was impossible. I also wanted a gutter cut out, which they did as a circle, when I clearly wanted rectangular. 4) Post payment has been even worse. I have been trying to get them to fill in cement they tore up and replace an outlet cover they lost for almost 2 months and they just keep delaying and delaying. DO NOT PAY UNTIL EVERYTHING IS FIXED

  I had my gutters replaced and went with the suggested larger, 6 inch gutter. Looks amazing. The installers were respectful when addressed, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and invited me to inspect once finished. Wish all contractors were as efficient. No complaints, just compliments.

  An appointment was made for a deck consultation but the service provider didn’t arrive.-Sept 2021. Since the company reached back out to me and apologized I added more stars - 10/25/2021.

  These guys are great! Gave me an estimate for replacing the old rough deck boards on my deck that was very reasonable. Neil stayed in touch frequently to schedule the work and keep me updated on progress (which was quick). They kept their promises, and the end result was thoroughly professional and very high quality. I am very pleased with my new deck. I’ll definitely use them again for future work on my house!
