  Last week my husband and I had Anna from DayBrook come to our home for an evaluation for a safety shower install. Anna Houtz, the consultant was very personable. After taking a look at our bathroom as well as discussion, she was able to guide us to a bathtub to shower conversion. The estimate was in our price range. In fact, the estimate was at least $5000.00 cheaper than another bigger bath company with the same features that we wanted. We took a chance on a company that we had not heard of before. Good things do come in small packages. Thank you Anna for your assistance. We appreciate you.

  They did a great job with remodeling area's of our church, well supervised with excellent workers ! We will continue to use them on future projects ! I highly recommend David and his company !

  Needed to replace a 60 year old leaky shower and Daybrook delivered. The design staff walked me through several options and was able to schedule a replacement to meet my schedule. The construction crew was professional and completed the work within a single day. Appreciated the attention to detail and how no debris was left in my house or yard. The new shower works flawlessly.   I waited 2 months to complete my review. The thrill of renovations has passed and I’ve had a chance to see things for what they are. I had my basement (added a shower) and upstairs bathrooms done. PROS: 1. they both look good 2. They took a week each to complete 3. The guys were nice enough CONS: 1. In the basement I can see a line in the wall where it wasn’t plastered or sanded enough 2. They had to move the tissue holder because they placed it without talking to me, it was way too far back and I can still see the screw marks. Clearly. 3. I was led to believe by the guy who came over that I would be told if there were any issues noticed while doing the renovation. No one said anything and he never came back. 4. Couldn’t ask the workers because none of them spoke English. The foreman did but he didn’t stay and wasn’t here every day. 5. Washing the brushes in the laundry sink (potential overflow from doing it before) in a room that I purposely kept closed because I had to move everything in there. Leaving a mess, dusty and using a towel in the laundry room. 6. That’s an issue because I had personal things in there from a renovation a week prior. 7. If you make a mark on the wall or tile with pencil or whatever it was, clean it up…. It’s still there. And I don’t want to rub excessively and mess it up. 8. The vanity is beautiful but it chips and I didn’t chip it. Didn’t say anything because I knew they wouldn’t do anything about it. 9. The assistant stated we didn’t talk about floors in the basement bathroom and if I wanted them to do it. Silly question because you have literally ripped my floor up and cemented it back. (It’s not like you’ll stop working so I can have someone else come in to do it). Or paint in the other bathroom…. 10. I hear a ticking in the basement exhaust??? 11. Bathroom is in the name of the company. If you go in my bathroom anything in there needs to be addressed. Especially because I’m the one paying for it. They did end up painting the closet which we talked about at the assessment but weren’t going to initially. I still have the same old door and even older door knobs. Again, bathroom door, bathroom closet. And I’m the one paying. My biggest regret is that issues with other companies made this the only actual assessment I had. I would say just do the work in finding more than one company and don’t rush. The messy laundry room was addressed but now I have these things I still see.

  DayBrook is a refreshing change from the usual lack of customer service. My shower and floor are exactly what i wanted, beautiful, and the quality of work outstanding.
