  Charm City Haulers' pricing was not transparent. They quoted me a low price, but the final bill was much higher due to 'additional fees.' I felt ripped off, and I wouldn't recommend their services.

  I'm extremely frustrated with Charm City Haulers' appliance removal and disposal service. They didn't show up on time, and when they finally arrived, they seemed disorganized. They also damaged my kitchen floor during the removal process.

  Charm City Haulers gave me fast, friendly and professional junk removal. The crew arrived right on schedule, worked efficiently, and were reliable and prompt. They handled everything with care and left the area spotless. I’m very satisfied with this junk removal service and would recommend them to anyone in Baltimore. They were on time thank you sooo much

  I called this company twice to set up an appointment for removal of things. The first time an appointment was made, I called them the day of to make to sure that the appointment was still on. The guy told me that they were having problems with their trucks, and that they would have to do it another day. I was disappointed, but I totally understood. Then after a second confirmed appointment. I waited for over two hours for them to come at the agreed upon time frame. I didn’t receive a call or anything from the company. The lack of professionalism is why I would never ever recommend this company to anybody.

  We were moving out of our house and had a bunch of random things (leftover paint, flooring, a bag of cement, broken furniture we couldn't take, old TV) I didn't know what to do with. After seeing the rave reviews here and seeing I could easily book an appointment online, I went for Charm City Haulers. They even called to see if they could come earlier that day, and they were in and out in about 10 minutes. They charge by the space you'll take in the truck (common) so if you do want to know the cost up front, request the free quote visit first. I just needed something quick and easy and they were worth every dollar!
