  Had amazing out for a full system HVAC replacement had several estimates and 2 estimates from there company there prices were competitive things stared little rought with the first salesman but the manager reached out to me and we discussed some things the 2nd salesman was much better gave me some other options alot more information they made it right so in the end I decided to go with them there crew were on time took very good care of my house while working here they were very polite very informative thru the installation process anwsered every question I had explained eveything to me about the furnace and the condensing unit cleaned up great seemed like a good young group of guys to have working in your house everything looks great process was smooth and commutation was great thru the whole process which to me is a important thing but overall very satisfied with eveything so far I would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

  Zach came out within the timeframe of the appointment. He diagnosed that there was a leak problem in the ac system. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions throughly. He was very knowledgeable in not only the mechanics of the system but also with the pricing of the repairs. I’m very satisfied with Zach and Amazing Air for their professionalism and would recommend this company.

  My initial experience with Amazing in the fall of 2024 and January 2025 was good. They serviced my furnace, found a few issues, and performed the necessary repairs. I joined their Comfort Club for ongoing spring and fall service and maintenance along with priority service should I ever need emergency repairs. Where they have a glaring weakness or continually drop the ball is in the scheduling of their routine service visits. You schedule your visits, they require you to block the entire day because they do not provide two hour or four blocks and then the morning of your service appointment you receive an automated text message that “Due to a high call volume and since your system is operating, we ask that you reschedule for next week”. Unfortunately, this isn’t an occasional occurrence but something that happens the majority of the time. At least three times now for me. You are required to respect their valuable time, but they don’t necessarily respect yours.

  We got charged close to $200 for a technician to come take a look at our heating system. Then, they sent me a quote for $439.40 to purge 8 radiators (even though I only have 7 in the home). When we were talking the technician asked me if I knew how to purge radiators, I responded "yes" and explained how I was told to do it. Then he said "see, that is why you need a professional." I asked him what i was doing wrong to which he replied "you just need to contact a professional." The best part is that in the summary of the visit they sent the technician noted the following: "The technician also demonstrated and explained how to properly purge the radiators." Not gonna lie, the price points were high, we really wanted to get it done, but it felt like they were just lying.

  Our AC unit was not blowing any cool air so I scheduled an appointment with Amazing online. Their communication was excellent! Ben the technician was wonderful he was honest and told us exactly what the issue was and to make things better he had the parts that were needed to fix our unit on his truck and he fixed it the same day! We were so impressed and satisfied with Amazing and Ben that we instantly signed up to be a Comfort Care member! Thank you for the fast, professional and honest service you provided us today!
