- RLRyan LynchOct 7, 20255.0While there was an initial error with my pick up location, Drew in Glen Burnie provided great assistance, and even texted me personally to ensure that I was aware of the Annapolis office's closing time. Although I got to Annapolis 15 minutes late, the branch manager Hector re-opened the door, got my equipment and hooked it up to my truck. This cause him and an assistant to stay 45 minutes late on a Friday afternoon. And while that was already extremely generous, he then offered to come in before the store opened on Monday to allow me to drop off the equipment and make it to my work on time. This EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE has made me a customer for life.
- JKJohn KesslerOct 22, 20225.0I was looking for a lawn dethatcher in the fall. They had plenty in stock. When I asked how heavy the are, the manager (Robert Hector) said it’s a 2 person lift. This was a problem for me. He asked if I live in the Annapolis area, then offered to drop off & pickup the tool. I’ll definitely be back again!!
- MDMatt DyessAug 24, 20225.0Rented a 6" Chipper from the United Rentals on Gibraltar Ave in Annapolis. Staff was friendly and helpful, providing plenty of instruction on how to use the equipment at pick-up. Equipment was in good shape and worked well, but we encountered an issue later in the day (safety mechanism disabled the chipper). When we reached out to the store they responded immediately and were again very helpful. Great experience overall. Plan to use them again in the future.

He has gone out of his way to make sure we have what we need, when we need it. The Annapolis branch in particular has been excellent to work with, being our closest store location we never have any issues.
- JMJosh MorelandJan 21, 20161.0Spoke to the mannager for a trailer rental so I could pick a machine in Delaware before the snow storm . Everything was fine until they rented it to someone else. Now I am stuck with a $1220 rental in Delaware and no trailer.
