- MMMartin MNov 20, 20255.0I had Lucas out today to perform a heating tune-up on our 1-year-old hybrid heat pump/gas furnace system, and I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the service. He carefully tested all key components, including the thermostat, ignition process, inducer motor, hot surface igniter, flame pattern, flame sensor, and safety devices. Overall, I appreciated his clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive approach. Highly recommend!
- CCCindy CamdenNov 13, 20251.0If I could give minus 5 starts I would! Literally scheduled appointment to check the furnace because it is 30 degrees outside and I dont believe its working! Just to be left a message minutes later saying yeah we wont be doing that until a month from now. When I inquired why it makes sense for me to wait a month to find out if my furnace works I was told, thats up to you but we wont be coming until the end of December. Unbelievably rude and unacceptable!!!!!
