They assessed the situation and wasted no time in going to get a replacement tank and install it. They had issues with the install but pretended like that was normal, returned with 3 people to reinstall a matching thermostat that still did not work. I called, they returned a few times to fix it. Turns out there is a class action lawsuit against the Infinity furnace model number 59MN7C. I told them to uninstall it and put in what I originally ordered but they are refuse so I will have to sue. Zero stars
