The shower drain pipe had to be accessed and because our house is on a slab the only way to access the pipe was to jackhammer the shower floor. I checked with some credible sources to confirm Howard’s estimate was fair which it was. I approved the estimate, Howard completed the job and charged me LESS than the estimate! That’s never happened to me with a plumber before. Howard Plumbing is an honest plumbing service with very competitive pricing!
