  Had a wonderful experience working with the team at Black Anchor! Specifically enjoyed Meagan, Jose Rodriguez, and Dutch Greiber. They were great in getting our job scheduled and completed quickly. New roof was on within 2 weeks of our initial outreach, and install only took a day. Great experience.

  They replaced a skylight for us which was leaking. Really great experience from the quote through completion. Couldn’t be happier with their work, their timeliness, their pricing and comms. All first class and we will use them for any future projects including our roof replacement in the future. Veteran owned company which will delight for sure.

  Black Anchor Roofing recently replaced our roof and the entire experience was excellent. Ricky and Meagan and their team were fast, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, and they made sure we always knew what to expect. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

  Very much appreciated the team at Black Anchor Roofing for a great job—from the sales process through completion, the team made every step easy and productive. While the primary objective was to replace the old roofing shingles with new and better quality shingles, I also had a vision for making the roof look and perform better. They worked with me to bring that vision to fruition. I selected the “flagship” option, which was right for what I wanted—and the little details made a great difference (e.g., the flashing collars meant no more ugly white PVC pipes sticking out). In addition, beyond the “flagship” option, they built out the ends of the house (the rakes) to provide a deeper overhang to accommodate new siding in a year or two—a slightly deeper overhang also looks better on this house. They replaced aluminum capped trim with solid PVC trim on the eves and rakes, which looks much better and is more solid than what was there before. We also added copper to the roof values, which definitely looks better than just having shingles in the valley as before. Also, we shifted from 4” to 6” gutters, which perform vastly better in heavy rains. I appreciated how the team worked with me to look at the bigger picture for the overall roof to perform and look better. The results are great and several neighbors have said as much. Thanks again.
