What stood out with FINME was the personal service we received from the start. Brian was very thorough in explaining all our questions and took the time to simplify the entire process from start to finish. On the day of the installation Brian was on site to ensure everything went smoothly and the installers were professional in their approach. We are very happy with the work that was completed, and I would choose FINME for additional flooring projects in the future. The prices were much better than their fellow competitors and the customer service from FINME was an A+.
- ESEmily SchloffFeb 8, 20165.0At first I was hesitant to go to a specialized studio like Compass Stone & Tile, because I thought they'd be more expensive or pushy, but my experience there was phenomenal. I can't praise Margret enough! I thought I knew what I wanted for my guest bathroom floor, but all the samples I picked out myself were not right by far- as soon as Margret saw the photos I brought in of the space, she recommended a tile that I never would have picked out myself, and when I put the sample on the floor- voila! It was perfect. My project didn't get underway for several months, but Margret drew up the order form for me in advance, so that I would only have to call when I was ready instead of coming in. I didn't receive any "reminders" or pushy phone calls/emails to order- just great service! She also gave great advice on grout and spacing, which worked out well as I was unfamiliar with tile to begin with and was able to specify what she recommended to the contractors. When I did call the order in, she was able to pull it up right away and it was delivered ahead of schedule. Additionally, now that the project has been completed, the tile looks fantastic and has definitely brought up the value of my home with nothing more than a new bathroom floor. I couldn't recommend Compass Stone & Tile more, and will definitely return if I have any other tile projects.
