- RSremi stockwellJul 15, 20245.0I got a rental A/C unit for my family restaurant. The exhaust system didn't work for the building that we have so the building got hotter. Their speed getting the unit to my restaurant was fantastic; we got it in under half an hour. When i asked about why it wasn't working they offered a refund for the rental so their customer service was great. Thanks for being reasonable, thanks for your customer service.
