  Very unprofessional, waste our materials, tells us to over buy materials and it's missing from job site after. They start the job and then missing for weeks doing other jobs, pops up at your house whenever and have bully personality that makes it hard to talk with him. This company (Cape Pro builders and remodeling )gave us misleading information about not pulling permit for the job then call the city when we fired them. Currently filing a lawsuit after paying more than half ($20,500) the money on the agreed contract for an incomplete job that doesn't even reach half way. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one.
