  Very impressive, friendly, knowledgeable service. We were extremely impressed with the communication throughout the process. We have never worked with an electrical company that provided excellent details of the issue and work (verbal and written), ensured all our questions were well answered, arrived on time, and were such a pleasure to work with. Paul is a high quality individual and has great team members. Can't recommend his company highly enough.

  We've used Paul on three projects (so far). For the first job, our contractor hired him to wire and install lighting for a renovated bathroom, which included a complicated run of wire up from the basement to a new subpanel in the attic. He worked promptly, courteously, and efficiently, which helped bring the project in on time. Impressed with his work, I hired him directly to install a new circuit and wiring for an EV charger. I was again impressed with how thoughtfully he treated the project, listening to me and making suggestions for things that I hadn't considered, not to upsell but to save costs. Most recently, we needed some outlets installed, and Bergeron was first on the list. This time, a crew did the work, not Paul, and they were just as neat, courteous, and communicative as Paul had been. The work was exactly right, but what really impressed me was the details: a courteous greeting by the electrician and the apprentice whenever our paths crossed, dropcloths wherever they went — super welcome during the melting of this year's prodigious snow — clearly labelled new circuits and wiring, careful cleanup, and a thorough explanation of everything they did. Impress me once, good for me (phew, my contractor got lucky on a cold call!); impress me three times, good for you: Bergeron has earned my trust and will always be my first call.
