  Joe and his staff installed a heat pump and mini-split in my open-space living and dining room. They were fabulous to work with. The project went very smoothly from helping me choose the applicable heat pump to installing both inside and outside units and coordinating with my electrician. Marciano Plumbing also fixed my boiler, which another plumber told me could not be repaired. It's working fine. I would definitely recommend Marciano Plumbing & Heating!

  I want to share my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Marciano Plumbing & Heating. About two weeks ago, in the late afternoon (around 5 p.m.), both the main pump and the backup pump in my sump pump system suddenly failed. That day, a large amount of snow in the yard was melting, causing a significant amount of water to flow into the sump pit in my basement. The water level rose quickly and was only a few inches below the basement floor. My basement was in serious danger of flooding. I called the office around 6 p.m., but it was already closed. I then called Joe Marciano, the president of the company, on his cell phone. Fortunately, he answered my call and listened patiently as I explained the emergency. He kindly said he would try to find a technician to help. About 20 minutes later, Joe called back and told me no one else was available, so he would come himself — even though it takes about 40 minutes to drive from his home to mine. Joe arrived around 7 p.m. and temporarily fixed the pump so the water could start draining. We soon realized the pump needed to be replaced. Around 8 p.m., he drove to The Home Depot, bought a new pump, came back, and installed it. At that time, the water level in the pit was only one or two inches below the basement floor. It was a very close call. Everything was finally finished around 9 p.m., and Joe still had a 40-minute drive back home. I truly want to say: “Thank you, Joe — you saved my basement.” I have also used Marciano Plumbing & Heating before to install a bathtub and replace a heating system in my home. Their technicians are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They did excellent work and answered all my questions in detail. Marciano Plumbing & Heating is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with, and I highly recommend them.

Communication is clear, schedules are well managed, and the team takes pride in doing things the right way.
