- HHH HanekomOct 24, 20251.0Will cancel your reservation days before the pickup date with the explanation of “You should have called and the online reservation system doesn’t tell the whole story”. No attempt to help or see if another branch has the equipment. Pretty poor service and attitude.

Offered no real explanation other than "oh well" While they did offer other equipment, it wasn't really comparable to what I needed for the job that reserved. I assume that they took care of their big customers first with the equipment that was reserved for me, since I am not a business account. This was based on comments made from staff on phone. This was my first time as a customer of this company after getting great recommendations from coworkers. Beware if you aren't a business renting, you may get pushed aside.
