And I made a mistake by giving them a down-payment , I told the sales person that I would not be doing the work and I wanted my money back that was on a Monday and it's now Friday and still no money, I have a delivery of materials on hold because rite windows is not returning my deposit, I was told that the check was in the mail one of the biggest lies you tell when you don't care and just want to shut me up for a couple of days..Never again will I use rite windows for anything and I will tell everyone that I know about my experience so they don't make the same mistake. Thank you for a horrible experience.

From the beginning, some windows didn’t line up correctly to lock—you’d have to push or pull one side to get them to catch. Now, the problem has gotten even worse. Considering we spent over $30,000 on this installation in the middle of winter, it’s really frustrating to deal with new windows that won’t properly catch or lock across multiple floors (3). Whether it’s a measurement issue or an installation problem, I’m not sure, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to others based on this experience.
