The sub contractor double booked my job and called me 5 minutes before they were suppose to arrive to reschedule, when I called Rite Window about this they claimed that we weren't double booked , but then couldn't give me a good answer to why I had to reschedule. They also did not confirm the reschedule date and just showed up. Installers were nice, but they left my house a mess including leaving cigarette butts inside the house. And it took my wife and I two hours to clean all the residue they left in our kitchen and living room. Also the door that they installed was done hastily and needs repairs.

- DCDan CaulfieldDec 13, 20251.0My parents recently spent thousands of dollars on a replacement shower and we've had nothing but problems with it. The guys who installed it were probably on their first day installing showers in their life. The sliding door was not well aligned and could not close, so they had to come back and fix it. One of the handles wasn't secured properly to the wall and came off when grabbed, we fixed that one ourselves. We got a new shower so my dad would have handles in the shower so I was pretty scared by that one. They installed a seat in the shower, but that was before they took the plastic off, so when they took the plastic wrap off the chair when they were done, half of the plastic wrap is still on the chair and it looks like a complete amateur installed it. There is still a pen mark they made on the wall of the shower and it won't come off. The worst problem of them all is the valve that turns on the shower I guess wasn't installed properly either and is starting to come off the wall. I hope water from the shower doesn't get in my wall! That wouldn't be good. They also took a week when I thought it would be 2 or 3 days. I could have installed this shower in my bathroom more competently and professionally and I am incredibly disappointed in the workmanship quality that Rite Window displayed when installing this shower in our home. We are greatly discouraged from buying anything from Rite Window ever again, because this project was disappointing. I guess thousands of dollars doesn't get you much these days.
