- DIDA ILLEST5 days ago1.0Associate arrived on site to perform a scheduled PM that had already been declined by the branch. Upon arrival, I informed him the PM was rejected and would not be completed. The associate responded by stating that he traveled from Plymouth and would be completing the work regardless, effectively disregarding branch direction and authority. During the interaction, the associate provided his supervisor’s phone number. I attempted to escalate immediately by both calling and texting that number but did not receive any response.
