Called to verify a part was in stock before we drove an hour only to find out that "Frenchie" can't use a computer to find a reply to an email that was responded to within 5 minutes of him sending it to me. Wanted to run a credit report on my business that was paying CASH! Then he can't get off his throne to be man enough to come and speak to a person like a human, he just chooses to sit and yell at a NEW CUSTOMER!! Don't waste your time with ignorance. I can buy the same part off line for $13.00. He is unprofessional & disrespectful.
