Complete cleanup, no mess left behind, they even patched ruts in my lawn from the bobcat with what they trimmed off the edge of the driveway. Genevieve and Bob were terrific to work with as well. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a new driveway.

I’ve been trying to call them for at least three weeks. Nobody answered the phone. Nobody call me back and also I had to clean a bunch of asphalt that they leave,as you can see in the picture too. And the owner was on the job side to make sure the job was done perfect really 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼
- BSBonita StephneySep 1, 20251.0I called to get a quote on having my driveway paved my called was returned the next day .A few days later a nice amazing young lady came out to give me a quote for driveway. I was ok with the price but I had too split the work into 2 jobs. On the first Job I met Bob. Bob is a nice and understanding man. On the Second job to finish up everything Bob and his team came out and did another great job. I was told if any plants start to grow through to contact the office and someone would stop by. Someone did come out and addressed the problem. I was told I could get both jobs sealed at the same time and it would look like new and even. Bob the owner was nice enough to offer to fill in around the fence like the other side was done at no extra charge. He left gravel behind so it would be an easy fill in . Once the project was some what done its been another but a nightmare . NO ONE RETURN YOUR CALL UNLESS YOU'RE A NEW CUSTOMER. I left messages after messages. I kept calling because I never knew when the company would be working in my area ( Brockton Ma.) For the rest of the summer 2024 no one came out to treat the trees that has grown. (I have not cut them yet its October the 1st 2025. The beginning of this summer i began to call to see if I could make an appointment for the fill in and to have it sealed. This has been the worst customer service ever, The young lady NEVER RESONE. I have called I have left messages on there phone,I have even stop by There office no one there. I fill like an idiot because I chased down a company that dont stand by there word. Finally I was told to email it would be a faster response NOT for me . I was giving excuses after excuses. After all summer I get an appointment in September 2025. It rained so I knew they weren't coming. Do you think anyone reached out to reschedule? I had to send an email in regards to rescheduling still no date . So on September 2025 I was scheduled for the free fill in , cut the trees down and treat the area . I was told I would get a week's notice just to confirm the date and the time. The young lady that has been given me the run around called the day before. I kept the appointment. My appointment was between the hours of 7am to 12 . At 130pm once again the lack of communication never called with an update. I text the same young lady to find out what was going on. I knew when She made the appointment it was just a joke.no one was coming. I can back up everything i have said. If I could have given a -0 I would have I WOULD NEVER REFER friends or even enemies. I have learned DONT go off any good reviews but because everyone is not treated the same .Your customer service person is going to ruin your business.
