  **I will update this review if there ever is one**. The Team was very responsive during the sales process, but once they cashed my check that all changed, much like many other reviewers have commented (and I wish I'd read prior to hiring them). Genevieve was knowledgable and helpful, Bob came and put in the new driveway and I wrote him a $10k check and he left. One of the installers even asked if they could take my basketball hoop, which was removed as part of the project, and I agreed to it. I noticed after installation that they shorted the width in the contract that we agreed to by 18 inches, which I was willing to eat. Then, just 4 weeks after installation, cracks started bubbling up, which I promptly sent a picture of to Heap (image included here). I got a quick response from Jamie saying they could come take care of it when they were in the area. That was July. I followed up in August via email and several calls, followed up again in September, October, November - no answer on the phone and no response via email. Given the contrast in their responsiveness from the sales process, it's obvious this is intentional. I now have several of these cracked spots in the same area, as well as a few recessions. These things can happen with a new driveway I'm sure, but to just completely ignore a customer after a job and not care to remedy is awful. It's as if they only care about you up until they are paid, and all the promises they made along the way and put into the contract are forgotten.

  I cannot say enough great things about Driveways by Heap! They expanded my driveway and replaced 2 walkways. They showed up on time and went to work quickly. They were professional and efficient and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Driveways by Heap!!

  I couldn’t be more happy w my new driveway by HEAP. I called to get a free estimate and Genevieve was able to come to my house the next day. Not only was she friendly and personable, she was able to answer every question I had regarding my options and the process, etc… and believe me, I am annoying and have a million questions lol. We wanted to widen the driveway to have room for a basketball court and also replace the walkway and the area where I keep my trashcans. When it came to the price, I braced myself bc I didn’t think I would be able to afford it this year…I was completely shocked at how inexpensive it was compared to other quotes I had gotten. It was about $5,000 cheaper than the previous company’s estimate, and that’s with adding the walkway and significantly widening the driveway to make more room for the court. Plus Genevieve was much more knowledge and very confident that they could give me exactly what I wanted. She was always patient and kind with me and promptly returned my texts/ calls every time a had a question. A week later, Genevieve and her crew showed up early in the morn… 2 hours later I have this brand new beautiful driveway that my kids can finally play basketball games on with their friends. I can not recommend this company enough- why would anyone go anywhere else? The service I received from Genevieve was absolutely amazing and the crew did an outstanding job that totally exceeded my expectations. You can’t beat their prices and quality of work!

  Horrible.called then back 6 tomes.promised to come back and fix cracks.never came back even after threats to take to court which is what i have to do

  While the quality of service should have warranted 5 stars, there were severals promises left undone at the end. Up until I paid in full, service and responsiveness was excellent. However, there was a water accumulation issue adjacent to the paving made worse by the depositing on dirt in the drainage area during construction. Genevieve promised equipment would return to rectify the situation, but I haven’t heard back since, and that was almost a year ago. The Town of East Bridgewater finally sent equipment down last month to clear the drainage area because of the water hazard it was causing on Rt 106.
