- JCJordan Connor5 days ago1.0Shady shady shady. They provided pricing for a service that their own hourly math didn't support. Was told by the service department that it would be a 4 hour job at a crew rate of $450 per hour, then sent me a quote for $4600. I called them out on the $2800 markup for a half day job and they blamed it on their pricing tool estimating a flat rate job, saying they couldn't change it. Except ServiceTitan is only a tool, it doesn't set their policy, and they could override it in 30 seconds. Don't give these people your business, and if somehow you end up in a situation you can't get out of with them, whatever you do do not trust Gene. He is operating a complete clown show.

Jake Williams (technician) is an HVAC magician and, quite possibly, the nicest guy you’ll ever meet.
