  The team at Sump Pump Geeks/Pioneer Basements Is nothing but top notch. I had an unexpected ground water breach into my basement. Was contacted by Tim Xavier, the general manager, and was presently surprised At his knowledge of his trade, products, available solutions, and timelines and pricing. We quickly figured out a game plan and he scheduled an install. His field team was nothing but professional and punctual. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up everything. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional job done. It was worth the money!.

  Today we had our Pioneer Basement system yearly check-up. Great timing as we had lost our electricity during the storm while we were away. Alfredo was our service technician. He took time in overviewing all mechanics of the system and walked us through. He also went outside to review our drainage area. We are feeling comfort today knowing our system is in working order. Puts worries of it at peace. We love our system and highly recommend Pioneer! A huge thank you for sending qualified service techs such as Alfredo who was able to answer all our questions.   I recently had Pioneer Basement install a sump pump system with battery backup in my basement, and overall I had a very positive experience. From the start, their team was professional and knowledgeable. My rep Joe took the time to explain the system, why the battery backup was important, and how everything would function during a power outage. The installation itself went smoothly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean throughout the process.

  Rick from Pioneer Basement performed the annual maintenance on our dehumidifier. I asked him what we could do to improve our sump pump and discharge issues. The issues have nothing to do with any previous work done by Pioneer Basement. Rick was very knowledgeable and patient. He addressed the problems that we currently have and explained the solutions in a way I could understand. I look forward to working with Pioneer Basement.

  I appreciate the professionalism of Rick M., the Pioneer Basement Waterproofing technician, who performed the annual maintenance of our sump pump system. Rick not only did a great job, but also did a careful and thorough assessment of the basement foundation walls, finding several cracks that I hadn't seen before--cracks that will need some attention. Happy to recommend this company.
