They incessantly used a sentimental walking stick of my mother’s as a “tool” to open their attic door and not only used it, it disappears after their visit. When my mom, who was emotionally upset by this, calls the business, she is met by a rude receptionist, claiming they’d never do something like that, but reading some of these other negative reviews, it seems very likely. Be more professional and provide better customer service. Oh, and don’t steal or break your clients belongings!
