  Brennan, Mike & Kyle installed 5 replacement windows in our home recently, 4 oversize double hung with double tempered glass and 1 double pane casement over our kitchen sink. The crew arrived, ready to work, during the 2-hr arrival window as agreed. Brennan reviewed the work with me before they started. They laid down plastic and carefully respected our home throughout the job. They were efficient and extremely professional but they were also very friendly. They worked very well together as a team. The job took a bit longer than they thought it would take but I have no doubt that was due to a strong attention to detail in every aspect of the installation. Brennan demonstrated to us that he had no intention of leaving this job unless we were satisfied with their work. And we were. The windows themselves are exceptional, beautifully crafted. We have already noticed a distinct difference in diminished sound from the street and heat retention within the house. From the outside, the terratone windows blend in perfectly with the existing windows; inside, the real wood trim is a match for our house. My wife and I are older and these windows will far outlast us. After the job was done, Brennan took me around to each window and showed me their work. He/we exercised each window to show that they were in full working order. I will admit that the windows were pricey but much of that price was due to the choices we made. We don't intend to replace these windows ever again. Window World has a reputation for its workmanship and reliable service. That's why we chose them in the first place. I would highly recommend Window World for their expertise and thoroughness. The job was done on time, with care and with complete satisfaction. Our sincere thanks to Tim, (the other) Tim, Brennan, Mike & Kyle for a job well done!

  Johnathan and his crew did an exceptional job. They even fixed a poor job of our last door that was installed 15 years ago by another company whereby air and water was seeping in due to the same company that cut part of the sub floor out to fit the door that was measured wrong. Hard lessons learned. Thank you gentlemen for your high quality making sure the door was correctly installed! Window World of Western Mass rocks!!

  Johnathon and the crew did an excellent job installing four double hung windows and one entry door and a storm door. They arrived earlier than I expected, and after a brief once around, to show them where everything would go, they got to work. They work efficiently and kept the areas clean, as they picked up all the old windows and doors, and kept sweeping up the large debris as they went. They even did the little things I was concerned with, without being asked again! This crew worked like they were working on their own homes. They were a pleasure to talk with, as they were happy to explain how the door, with a three position locking mechanism worked. This is my third experience with Window World, and as of this writing, they have done every window and door on my main floor. I will continue to recommend them to any one who asks!

  WOW! The new windows and door have changed the entire look of our house. Everyone keeps commenting on how great our house looks and we agree! From start to finish Window World was professional, respectful and proactive. The design process was amazing- everything is uploaded into a computer and put onto a large screen at the showroom, so you can see exactly how your house will look. Once you decide, the scheduling is efficient and they keep you posted. Then, the installation is seamless- everyone shows up on time, they are very clean and respectful of your property. Ariel and Brennan introduced themselves and were there for the entire day with their crews. After installation, Brennan walked through the entire home, window by window, and pointed out 2 minor issues that they are going to take care of. In addition, he made sure that we knew how to use the new mechanisms for the windows. He also walked the entire outside property to make sure we were satisfied with the outside look as well. Start to finish it was amazing and we would highly recommend Window World.

  Had Window World install a triple pane slider window today for a static picture window that was over 50 years old. From start to finish with the quoting process with owner Tim to today’s installation with Ariel and his team everything was top notch. Attention to detail, the way they protected my home by insuring they weren’t dragging mud in, and cleanup and assistance with putting the blinds back, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
