Siding, foam insulation, front porch replacement and most recently a crew replaced a large 2 pane fixed picture window with new double hung opening windows. They showed up right on time, did a great job and completely cleaned up after themselves. Crew leader Ryan, with Kyle and Tyler were GREAT! Thanks guys and thanks Window World!

It looks great and is a big improvement over the previous door. We were very pleased with the installers, Jeremy and Adam. They were professional and friendly and worked well together. Their in-person presentation was low-key, informative, took under an hour of my time, and there was no predatory pricing. I did not have to "sign on the dotted line" to receive a reduction in my quote. Window World was the ONLY company that emailed a quote to me good for 12 months. None of the 4 other companies would leave their quotes with me nor would send me a formal quote. After visiting their Westfield facility, a representative came out to conduct a confirmation of the number of windows and measurements. On the morning of the installation, Ariel and crew showed up promptly. Ariel came in, introduced himself, told me exactly how the crew would be working, and what to expect throughout the day. Each crew member working both inside and outside of my home was polite and professional. The installation went smoothly and their clean-up was fantastic. The crew did not play loud music and there was no yelling back and forth. It was a well-oiled machine. After the installation was complete (started at 8 a.m. and was finished by 1:30 p.m. - 18 windows), Ariel walked throughout the house with me to review the installation, and demonstrate how the windows and screens operated. I could have not been happier with this installation. I highly recommend Window World.

The cutting and installation was done on site and very well planned out. Afterwards, the team again walked us through what they did and asked for any questions. Very impressed with the attention to detail and most importantly including us in the process. The gutters by the way look great!!

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
