  Service Jeremy was ok, Lady on the phone was quite rude and not understanding at all. It was an easy job that was done and did not take long(actual work time). I helped with the service and provided tools to help get the job done faster. We worked maybe an hour with lots of chatting. Billing just sees the numbers and doesn’t care about what was actually done. 1200 dollars for a job I can now do in 20 minutes. ok I guess it took us 15 minutes to make sure the problem was the problem. Oh and let’s not forget, he even thought he had the wrong part and if I wasn’t there to show him it was right, I would have had to pay more. Lady In the office just watches gps times all day and doesn’t care about what was actually done.. I’ll never call back again.

  Amazing company. New home owners as of July 2024. House was built in the 1950's. As of this point they have: - installed water pressure reducer - fixed shower valve - replaced shower pipes - replaced some pipes in the basement - fixed our Navien tankless water heater - about to call them to replace another piece of pipe in the basement Every one of their employees that have visited have been top notch. Friendly. Knowledgable. Transparent. Unbelievably impressed. So impressed that they have been, and will continue to be, who we call for all our needs related to what they offer. Thank you so much Tandem. Definition of a great company. I'm sure they will be around for a long time to come.

  Absolutely amazing experience. This is the best home service company I've ever had an experience with. Josh was the tech who showed up and diagnosed the problem in no time at all. All the while super knowledgeable and explained everything in very understandable terms. Hands down have won me over. I will be a customer for life. Thank you so much for everything.

  04/2023 UPDATE: Upgrading to four stars. We are trying to sell the house, and a cursory examination of the facilities revealed several problems with the boiler installation. I called Josh from Tandem, and after I got a hold of him, he came by and fixed it for free even though the 1-year labor warranty has expired. He also explained that he ended up replacing some of his old crew last year because they were doing less than fully conscientious work. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had Tandem Mechanical do my boiler replacement -- we went from oil to gas. The communication was less than ideal, it was very hard to get a hold of Josh. The work itself was OK (hence 2 stars). However a part of the contract was removal of the old oil tank -- and Josh couldn't do it at the time, so he asked me to sign off on the completed work, minus $500, with the understanding that he will finish the tank and get the remaining $500. And then he didn't do it and I had to arrange for the removal of the tank myself, which took several more weeks and over $600.
