- BHBuckets HappyfeetNov 25, 20251.0Service Jeremy was ok, Lady on the phone was quite rude and not understanding at all. It was an easy job that was done and did not take long(actual work time). I helped with the service and provided tools to help get the job done faster. We worked maybe an hour with lots of chatting. Billing just sees the numbers and doesn’t care about what was actually done. 1200 dollars for a job I can now do in 20 minutes. ok I guess it took us 15 minutes to make sure the problem was the problem. Oh and let’s not forget, he even thought he had the wrong part and if I wasn’t there to show him it was right, I would have had to pay more. Lady In the office just watches gps times all day and doesn’t care about what was actually done.. I’ll never call back again.

As of this point they have: - installed water pressure reducer - fixed shower valve - replaced shower pipes - replaced some pipes in the basement - fixed our Navien tankless water heater - about to call them to replace another piece of pipe in the basement Every one of their employees that have visited have been top notch. Friendly. Knowledgable. Transparent. Unbelievably impressed. So impressed that they have been, and will continue to be, who we call for all our needs related to what they offer. Thank you so much Tandem. Definition of a great company. I'm sure they will be around for a long time to come.
