  The repair men were very informative with what was wrong, put a new thermostat in within minutes, they also gave me a quote how much before they began. Working great now. I would definitely recommend ITS Home Services to my friends and family

  My problem with the drain was because of the garbage disposal which I don’t use. Now everything is perfect! Everyone is very nice!

  Amazing customer service! The technicians were here on time & they had to leave to get new parts for the furnace. They were back in record time, replaced the parts and now the furnace works perfectly! We will definitely call ITS Home Services again!

  Furnace died on a very cold day. Called ITS and they sent Conner out within 2 hours. Multiple problems but Conner was committed to getting the heater running. Didn't take him long. Next morning heat tripped, Called Jane at ITS and again within 2 hours out came Conner. This guy is good! Very committed to getting problem solved and very knowledgable. Found another sensor that was acting up. Picked up part and installed. Heat again! Conner gave me his direct cell phone number and told me not to hesitate to call if i needed him. Long story short, furnace when installed was not set up correctly,(not ITS). With Conner’s determination to getting me heat he went way above and beyond to fix problem. I highly recommend ITS. To be honest they treated me very fair on pricing considering the time Conner took to fix someone elses mistakes. Thank you Conner and ITS Lenny

  This is my second experience with ITS Home services and this is my go to repair center. They have great staff that are punctual and transparent. Last night I had a problem with my furnace making a strange sound so I called them first thing this morning. From first contact to job completion they were terrific. Connor came out today and fixed the problem within an hour! Notified me of what caused the problem, fixed it to my satisfaction, and provided great customer service. Can’t ask for much more than that! In fall of 2025 I hired them to replace a tub/ shower combo and they were excellent. Great quality, knowledgeable on everything and got the job done in a timely manner. And most importantly, we love our shower. I would reccomend ITS Home Services to anyone needing work done on their home. I’m so glad they started their residential side of the business!
