The whole experience was easy from making the agreements all the way to finalizing the projects. Their prices were reasonable, they did not ask for any payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction, and they guaranteed their work. Spartak Sulo is a delight to work with. I did not know him when I hired his company for the Job, but he made me feel like we were old friends. I highly recommend this company without any reservations.

The team went above and beyond, in their taking care of the existing siding and bulkhead and put a beautiful new step in. The real above and beyond: adding extra dirt and grass seed where they had driven their trucks through the yard. We really appreciated that they took care of the whole process.

Out of five contractors, Sulo Construction actually gave us the fairest estimate for the job and they arrived on time and finished the job a week before the deadline. Their work was very professional and they made sure we were satisfied with the job they did. I would recommend them to anybody who needs construction work done on their house or business and is looking for a friendly, professional, and timely company to exceed expectations with a job extremely well done. 10/10 excellent work and great service :)
