  Had two technicians visit to try and repair my viessmann gas combi - boiler. 348 dollars later , my system doesn’t work, and according to their dispatch person, no parts were ordered to fix the problem.They said I need to schedule someone to come out to clean the unit, but the second repairman said that wasn’t necessary!!????? Total waste of my time and money using this company!!!! Never again…

  Great experience from start to finish. The mini split system and tankless hot water heater were installed professionally, and everything works perfectly. The team provided excellent service and had a quick, responsive communication throughout. Highly recommend.

  Great service! Technician arrived on timed was right to work on a clogged drain after he gave me the cost of the service, which was reasonable. Upon completion he made sure all the area was cleaned up. All people I had contact with were pleasant and professional.

  Even with the member discount, it seemed like a lot to pay for some pretty basic tankless hot water heater maintenance without any replacement parts except for a small amount of neutralizer rocks. But the guy who did it was good. Showed up within the first hour of the 4 hour window and finished in less than 2 hours. I like the convenience of calling and getting an appointment fairly quickly.

  I would like to give high praise to Chris and Baxter from GEM. They were efficient, polite, and knowledgable. Chris explained everything well. The fast response was well appreciated. The company billing however was on the high side in my opinion.
