  I was hesitant to talk to the salesman as I've gotten some pretty high prices from other cabinet companies. Amir karamshahi was the salesman who sold us on. The product and how financially affordable it was. I have ordered cabinets from other companies and all you get is cabinets no plans or schematics on how to properly install. The depth of detail that when takes when they laser measure to ensure everything will fit appropriately and all the side notes for the installer was impressive which made install so much easier. I would recommend wren to anyone who is looking for high quality cabinets.

  I had a great experience working with Amir on my kitchen design. From the beginning, he was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. He helped guide me through choosing the right l colors, and finishes, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I appreciated how Amir paid attention to the details while still keeping my budget and style in mind. He gave helpful suggestions but never pushed anything I didn’t want, which I really respected!! I’m really excited to see my kitchen design come to life .

  I loved buying my kitchen with wren kitchens at west springfield. They were very friendly and transparent throughout the process. I loved their price and quality. Outstanding I worked with Chris and Amir.

  This company has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone. In the middle of January, they delivered my cabinets, and two of them arrived broken. This caused a delay in the installation. When the installers came, they did not seem to know what they were doing and ended up damaging some parts. On the day of installation, one cabinet did not fit properly because it had been measured incorrectly, which caused even more delays. Later, they came to measure for the countertops and gave me an installation date. However, they never showed up and did not notify me that they were not coming. As of February 17, I still have not received a new installation date for the countertops. Overall, the lack of organization, poor workmanship, and poor communication have made this a frustrating experience. I do not recommend this company at all.

  Great service, very knowledgeable and actually came out to be less than the 4 other places I went to, This was for a smaller project as I previously worked with Wren and things have evolved and got much more customizable since then as well.
