I wanted to get an estimate for a service their website said they offered and their receptionist confirmed they offered the service. When I called she transferred me to a voice mailbox of their "sales rep" - left a message and no return call. Wrote to them on their "Contact Us" section of their website. Gave them my email address so they could respond - still no response. After waiting over a week for some kind of response, I called again. A woman told me that she would transfer me to a voice mailbox again. Told her I wasn't interested in going that route again, nor was I interested in sending another email. All I wanted was a return call... So she said the "sales manager is busy" but will have him call me back as soon as he is free 'today' ... Still no call back... I give up!!!
