  Ryan was thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. He was friendly and professional. I would be pleased if he were to be the one attending to any of my future visits. I want to amend here that the cost, below, includes a membership and, in the fall, an additional maintenance for my furnace.

  Joe was very professional and I can tell he takes his training very seriously. He made sure to ask about everything connected with the plumbing issue and made sure we knew Pioneer Valley could handle HVAC and Electrical as well. Job was done in record time and he gave us many pricing options. As a Federal construction general contractor, I highly recommend this company!

  Customer service super unhelpful, they just tell you that technician will tell you what ever they price their services, but will not give you any pricing, even raw, approximate estimates. If you price shopping for affordable service, you will only know your price when tech will come and see your need. Which leaves room for making up price according what they see, how much you can pay.

  Ryan B came out to analyze what we thought was going to be costly situation. Our heating units were installed by a company we had worked with in the past. After one of the units stopped providing heat, the company said that, based on their testing, there may be blockage, or kink, in the piping. Their resolution was to start cutting holes in our newly finished wall and ceiling to try to find the kink. Ryan was able to run the same tests on the unit and was able to quickly assess, and correct, the issue without cutting into anything. Heat is now pouring out of the unit. Highly recommend PVE and their technicians!
