We are a design/build residential remodeling firm founded in 1992. First-and-foremost we are craftsmen, but we are also nationally recognized industry thought leaders on topics such as the design/build process, open book management, customer service, and staff empowerment. The foundation of our system is rooted in establishing a good "fit" with clients, very organized planning & design process to eliminate surprises during construction, and formalized communication throughout the entire process. Over 90% of our business comes from repeat clients and direct referrals. Approximately 2/3 of our projects in 2011-2012 were for repeat clients.
