  These guys just install the cheapest equipment and want to make the biggest margins while giving no value to the client. Don’t trust them.

  I was recommended to call Brodeur Pump when my well suddenly quit on us. I called them on a Sunday morning and got a live person on the phone, Todd. I explained our situation and that it had also affected our heat. We have four little ones and Mr Brodeur took it super serious. I’m a good hour so away from them and within two hours or so, BPC with two men was at my home with the right equipment - on a Sunday! For a company to have the materials on hand and show up with a smile these days seemed like something that never happens anymore. Within a few hours they had identified the issues. They replaced our well tank, well pump, and got our heat going again. I work with contractors for a living and these guys were as a solid and professional as it gets. I couldn’t be happier and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for their well repairs or service needs. Class act. -Ted S

  Todd and crew provided very prompt and hard working service. They were highly efficient at both diagnosing and remedying the situation. I required a new well pump and tank. They demonstrated great teamwork and professionalism. I love that they are a family business. I give Brodeur Pump a big thumbs up and highly recommend them.

  Called for service for the neutralizer as my well has acidic water. The first appointment scheduled (which I took time off of work for) the owner texted and said he had his own emergency - ok understandable. The second appointment he never showed. Cant comment on his work cause he never showed. Will use a competitor for the service.
