Rob is very easy to talk to, and was willing to accommodate changes as the shed was being built. The guys he had doing much of the work was also very happy to be flexible. The process took longer than we expected, but much of that was beyond Rob's control. Rob is truly someone who cares about what he and he crew do, and is one of most trustworthy people I've ever worked with.

NOPE. This is an antique house. There were lots of surprises - rotted wall and sill, wretched vinyl siding, badly installed gutters. Job included rebuilding part of a wall, reframing and installing windows, insulation, cedar siding, repainting outside, and interior woodwork. Sound craftsmanship, quality focused crew, very professional behavior and great cost control. Thanks ROB!

They were able to add a shed dormer over my bathroom, they gutted and remodeled my bathroom, and remodeled my office and bedroom. I have to remodel my 1st floor in the next couple of years, and they will be the first I contact to discuss the project.
- DKDavid KubickDec 16, 20205.0When we were looking to totally remodel 3 of our bathrooms, modernize our deck -- and address a number of odds and ends that the builder of the house had neglected -- we turned to Rob and his Team at Yankee Restorations. First, let me say this about Rob and his Team (Dave, Chuck and Xander) -- they are top notch professionals and wonderful people, that frankly, we kind of miss having around! Second, incomparable skill, care and attention to detail. This was a big job that had a number of different elements to it (tile work, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, custom finish work, etc.) -- and every thing we asked Rob if it "was possible" to do, his answer was always a confident "yes, we can do that". Thirdly, very fair price for artisan quality work. We knew we wanted the best people to do the job, so we viewed it as an investment that will pay for itself -- you'll be hard pressed to find better work done for the money. And finally, pedigree, reputation, references, expertise and trustworthiness . . . .simply unmatched. We intend to hire Rob and his Team again when it comes time to redo our Kitchen in a couple years. I highly recommend Yankee Restorations for any and all similar work -- without hesitation!
