The plumber who installed the water heater, Ivan, was friendly and very knowledgeable.. He explained the installation process and the various costs In an understandable manner and also took the time to carefully show me how to operate the water heater before leaving. . I was very happy with the process from beginning to end and plan on using them again.

The installation was flawless. He was knowledgeable and let me know exactly what to expect. I would like to add that the people on the phone were equally nice. It was an all around great experience.

The faucet moves freely without leaking, which hadn't been the case since installation. Ivan did a nice job keeping the site clean and made sure he tested the fix before leaving. My only feedback would be to try and keep to the planned schedule and communicate if the work won't happen during the time discussed. It just took a while to get someone on site, I think because they prioritized larger jobs. Ivan did go above and beyond though by disposing of an old appliance for me on an icy day. So grateful!
