I didn’t catch her name but the woman I spoke with in the office was also awesome. They had a packed day and given my situation, she fit me in to help me with the problem I was having with my tub. Really good people here, everything is expensive now days so it good to know that it’s going to a company that employee good people!

- JMJohnathan Martins4 days ago1.0Cheap and defected bathtub installed in a new home and 2 years later, cracked. Tile and hardwood floor damage from water leaking under tub and no one wants to take responsibility on repairs. Don’t recommend!
- SHSelena HigaMar 26, 20264.0I was not present while the work was being carried out at the house; however, my husband was in attendance and informed me that the installation proceeded well overall. Toward the conclusion of the installation, he requested that the technician ensure the water system was functioning properly. The technician initially indicated that they could return on another day to perform this check. My husband expressed his concern, noting that given the cost of the service, it was reasonable to expect that all systems be fully tested and confirmed operational prior to completion. Following his insistence, the technician did proceed to check the system. At present, everything appears to be working properly, and we appreciate that this was ultimately addressed.

Tech spent time investigating what the issue with water heater was and then sat down and explained issues and options with us.
