    Found Cotti on Angi's list. They responded immediately and booked an appointment quickly as well. Austin the tech was great, prompt and neat, kept me in the loop for my plumbing repair. Would definitely recommend to use them.

    Today JT from Cotti and Johnson came to my house to remove a broken bulb from our bathroom fixture and replace a dangling kitchen fixture. JT placed on shoe coverings and went to work. He was in and out in under 30 minutes. Before he started any work, JT was able to provide clear pricing so there were no surprises. He created a workspace and that space was spotless upon completion. I truly thank Cotti and Johnson for their clear communication and quick and thorough service.

    No service whatsoever. Brought them in to fix a problem. Told them what the problem was. They decided it was something else, spent 7 hours trying to fix that instead. In the end, problem wasn’t fixed, and I got charged $1,500. For what? Didn’t call for parts and labor; I called to get the problem fixed. And they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to join their service plan!

    I pay monthly for a Cotti Johnson care plan. I receive plumbing and electrical inspections as well as annual maintenance on both my heating and cooling systems. This past week, Geoff came by to do my heating system maintenance. I forgot to schedule it before heating season began and the main office called to remind me! I was Geoff's third call of the day. He called me about 30 minutes before he showed up to make sure the time still worked for me. He was friendly and kind to my two dogs and cat and very respectful of my time and my home. I am an energy engineer and have a deeper than average understanding of my HVAC system. It was nice to have a technical conversation with Geoff about its performance. Geoff was very personable and knowledgeable. Despite being his last call of the day, I didn't feel as though he rushed through any of the preventative maintenance steps, he was thorough and intentional. Thank you Geoff and Cotti Johnson!
