  The positive reviews here are most likely just people he knows. John’s priorities are elsewhere, (his real estate business most likely) There’s a severe lack of communication skills, lack of scheduling etiquette, and a lack respect for others time here. His installers are “contracted”, and they offered to do some additional drywall work, they “forgot to cover” our brand new hardwoods with plastic and left a huge mess, then didn’t show up on time on the day we had scheduled for install. I spent half that first install day running to Home Depot and plumbing supply stores in search of a piece of ducting that doesn’t exist, and wasn’t necessary. After cleaning up after the installers, I found massive damage to my brand new hardwoods. All that said, the cabinets look great. Once He got paid, John stopped answering emails and phone calls. I’m currently In limbo waiting for countertops to be delivered, it’s been 8 days since they measured and I don’t know when they’ll be delivered, John won’t answer the phone. Edit: counter tops installed, again they look great. But one piece from our cabinetry never showed up. I picked it up from John’s shop, but it’s the wrong size and he’s refusing to order the correct size.
