John was knowledgeable and helpful from the get-go., explaining pros and cons of different products. I was especially excited to hear about the quality and the sustainability of his products. He has all natural products abailable with no off-gassing or extra chemical contaminants. During the entire process he was thorough and a great communicator. This was important to me as I always knew what was happening, when things would be done, etc - it was SO helpful to always know/understand the product and the process. His crew was wonderful and a pleasure to be around, always professional and considerate. The work was done for a great price, efficiently and WELL! I simply LOVE my new floor. This is one of the best companies I've ever worked with!
