RestoPros arrived on a weekend morning and were so incredibly helpful from the moment our plumber called. They arrived very quickly, came fully prepared with professional equipment, and immediately took control of the situation. Their whole process was streamlined and organized which gave us a great sense of comfort during obviously a stressful time when our ceilings were caved in haha. Their whole team is so thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely hardworking. They didn’t miss a single wall or corner that could have gotten affected by the water damage. We honestly are so relieved to have worked with them bc we know all the precautions were taken to prevent any future problems or mold growth. We also really appreciated how responsive they were on a day-to-day basis in explaining the plan and everything that was going on. Would absolutely highly recommend their company to anyone and everyone!!!(hopefully we wont have any more water damage problems in the future LOL), but if we did need any of their services, we would not hesitate to work with them again.
- SMShelz MDec 5, 20255.0Abby was prompt in responding to our issue (water heater damage that leaked through most of the basement). She's also very prompt via text messages and calls. Elyse and James were at the house in less than an hour from when the call was made. They knew right away where to start and what's needed. They took care of air sanitization the first day when they just came for evaluation to make sure the humidifiers are running to take care of the wet carpet and avoid further contamination of molds etc. Elyse, James, John and Dillan were a phenomenal team to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. They were easy to talk to and ask questions as this was very knew to us. They did an amazing job to take out the damages caused by the water leakage as well as areas that had molds (cutting out the areas that needed to be disposed and sanitizing the entire area). Elyse also made sure she explained everything she was doing and the reason and purpose for doing them. Such an amazing person and Compassionate. Amazing team! I'd highly recommend restopros for sure.
