Every person (and there were many) we worked with both in person and on the phone was courteous and professional. Additionally, our initial issue with the furnace happened to leave us with no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year and A&L provided us with space heaters to make that night tolerable (and quickly got the new furnace installed the next day). I would recommend A&L to anyone and will continue to use them for any future needs.

They wanted 2900 and the other plumber I called wanted less than a grand. Do not call or use these them or you will be ripped off royally!
